Keyboard Shortcuts
CTRL + C               Copy
CTRL + X               Cut
CTRL + V               Paste
ALT + F4               Close Current Window (This is used to avoid clicking on a box or window that may contain a virus)
FN + PRTSC        Print Screen Function (After you have taken the snapshot of this screen, just right click & paste in a document.)

You can also do a partial or full screen capture by using the  Snipping Tool. 
    -  Click on the start button and type the word snipping in the search bar.
    -  Select the snipping tool and choose what you want to capture from the screen.
    -  Then save it as a photo or HTML document.

.doc            Microsoft Word Document
.ppt            Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation
.xls              Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet
.pdf             PDF (portable document format)
.mp3          MP3 Audio File
.zip             Zip Archive

Avoid using  the following characters when creating  a file name as it may cause an error or not let you save the file:
 / ? \ % * : | " < >

Types of Malware (programs made for malicious intent)
   - Spyware (This is used to gather information about you without your permission or knowledge.)
   - Pop-ups (Use the ALT + F4 buttons to get rid of these annoying and potentially harmful programs.)
   - Viruses    (This is a software program capable of reproducing itself and causing harm to files or other programs on your computer.)
